The water level Controller is a reliable circuit, it takes over the task of indicating and Controlling the water level in the overhead water tanks. The level of the water is displayed in the LED Bar graph. The Copper probes are used to sense the water level. The probes are inserted into the water tank which is to be monitored. This water-level Controller-***-alarm circuit is configured around the well-known 8 bit Microprocessor 8085. It continuously monitors the overhead water level and display it and it also switch Off the Motor when the tank fills and it will automatically switch On the Motor when the water level is low. The Microprocessor will also indicate the water level over the LED display. All the input and output functions are done through the Programmable Peripheral Interface IC 8255.

Requirements:
The system to be designed is for the security of the control room in a process plant. The system controls access to the control room and the machines in the control room.
Authorized personnel have a smart ID tag. Every ID tag is equipped with a processor/controller with a wireless transceiver. The ID tag along with a fingerprint processing unit acts as the passcode for the security in the control room.
System will have two modules- ID tag, Control Room security unit
Module 1(ID Tag) Specification:
• Processor should consume minimal amount of energy.
• Module is equipped with wireless transceiver CC2420.Pinout for same will be provided. Data Transmit is synchronized with falling edge.
• Every Time a person enters the control room- the time he spends in the control room is logged.
• The card has to be used for entry and exit as well.
• Every time the person has to use a machine in the control room – the person has to use his ID tag to unlock the machine. The ID tag is hence used for two purposes – to access control room and access specific machines in the control room.
• Data related to the person stored in his tag should be extractable. To extract the data- tag is connected to the PC via a RS232C interface at standard 56kbps baudrate.
• Data extracted will be – the days the user was in the control room, the number of hours/day, the machines accessed.
