An air hostess does everything from serving, gourmet meals, drink, operate and assisting passengers who become sick during a flight to checking that emergency equipment is available and ensuring that passengers comply with airline safety regulations. If an emergency situation arises, an air hostess often provides passengers with important safety information and may even lead evacuation efforts. For planes with up to 19 passenger seats, no flight attendant is needed. For larger planes one flight attendant per 50 passenger seats is needed. It currently operates in 868MHz band at a data rate of 20Kbps in Europe, 914MHz band at 40kbps in USA, and the 2.4GHz ISM bands Worldwide at a maximum data-rate of 250kbps.
